FREE Representation

Whether you are looking for a resale or a new home, I can represent you. In a resale home transaction, my company receives compensation out of the sellers’ proceeds. In the event that the seller does not offer my standard fee of 3%, I will tell you ahead of time and you can choose whether or not to view the home. Many agents will simply "skip" over these listings but my pledge to you is to show you ALL the listings that fit your needs. Then YOU can decide to move forward with the home or not.

In the purchase of a new home, I can also represent you, and the builder pays my compensation. It does not cost you to be represented by my firm, and I provide you with full representation (the sales associate at the new home development does not represent you, or your interests; they represent the builders!) In order for me to represent you, and receive our compensation from the builders, the only provision the builder makes is that I must accompany you on your first visit to a new home/lot or model home. That is all you have to do to get full buyer representation for FREE! And who doesn’t love free!
