The Shops at Norterra

The Shops at Norterra, opening Fall 2007, is conveniently located at the northeast corner of Interstate 17 and Happy Valley Road, adjacent to the USAA corporate campus in Phoenix.

The Shops at Norterra will bring greatly expanded retail and dining options to the North Valley. The center will feature fashion retailers, sit-down and fast casual restaurants, specialty stores and more. The open-air design of the center will be complimented by pedestrian walkways, park benches and lush landscaping.

The Shops at Norterra is a joint venture between RED Development and USAA Real Estate Company.
