Tramonto is a community of homes in northern Phoenix with picturesque views of the Sonoran Foothills.Tramonto is north of the Carefree Highway east of I17.This is a booming area with new communities and commercial development.
Tramonto is made up of approximately 2000 homes built by Maracay, Trend, Nicholas, Standard Pacific, Amberwood, Morrison, Toll Brothers, William Lyon, Engle, Classic Communities and Courtland builders.Tramonto homes’ were built in 2002-present and range in size from 1100 to over 5500 square feet.There are several builders still developing in this community.In addition there are many custom homesites called the Estates of Tramonto that are available.These range in sizes from .5 to 2.5 acres home sites.
