Desert Ridge

Desert Ridge is a very large development in northern Phoenix.    The community is located to the east and west of Tatum, north of the 101 and south of Pinnacle Peak Roads.    This is a phenomenal location due to its proximity to shopping and the 101 for commuters.  The Desert Ridge Marketplace is just down the road and has a variety of restaurants and shopping.

Homes in Desert Ridge were built between 1996 and 1999.   The primary builders in this community were Shea, Diamond Key, Continental, Morrison, Elliot, Toll Brothers, and UDC.   The size of the homes in this community range from 1300 square feet to 4400 square feet.    There are approximately 2200 homes in this community. 

 In the midst of Desert Ridge is Cashman Park.   Some of the homes in Tatum Ridge have views of Wildfire Golf Club and Course.    The Wildfire Golf Club has two differing courses, the Palmer Signature Course and the Faldo Championship course.  These courses are in traditional desert style and offer beautiful views of Camelback and the Sonoran desert.   The Golf Club offers putting greens, a driving range and chipping green.

Wildcat Ridge is a North Phoenix neighborhood located near the Desert Ridge marketplace, a shopping and dining hub of the North Valley. There are just under 300 homes built between 200-2002 and the average size is 1880 square feet.  The biggest draw of this neighborhood is the affordability of the homes when compared to the surrounding neighborhoods of Aviano and Fireside at Desert Ridge.  Wildcat Ridge is located just north of the Loop 101 and SR51 interchange.  To access the neighborhood, go north on Tatum from Loop 101, head west on Deer Valley Rd., head south on 40th St and then make a right into the entrance on Potter.
